1. Boxing Workout Without Equipment (Beginner)
Duration: 20-30 minutes
2 min Jumping Jacks
3 Rounds:
1 min Jab-Cross
1 min Squat Punches
1 min Rest
2 min Core (Plank punches, sit-up punches)
