Imran PT Terms of Service

Effective: Nov 2024

Welcome to Imran PT – Mobile Personal Training Services across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of personal training sessions and digital interactions with Imran PT, and are legally binding. By booking or participating in any session, you accept and agree to these Terms in full.

 

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be:

• Pre-booked through our website, WhatsApp, or by direct communication.

• Prepaid according to the pricing below.

Prices:

Dubai

• First Tester Session – AED 200 (Cash)

• Dubai Single:  AED 1800 (Monthly)

• Dubai Partner:  AED 2500 (Monthly)

• Dubai Group:  AED 4000 (Monthly)

Sharjah

• Sharjah Single:  AED 1200 (Monthly)

• Sharjah Partner:  AED 2000 (Monthly)

• Sharjah Group:  AED 3000 (Monthly)

Ajman

• Ajman Single:  AED 1200 (Monthly)

• Ajman Partner:  AED 2000 (Monthly)

• Ajman Group:  AED 2000 (Monthly)

 

2. Session Validity & Scheduling

• All packages are valid for 30 days from date of first session.

• Sessions must be completed within the agreed duration; unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over.

• Schedules are agreed mutually and may vary based on trainer availability.

 

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.

• No-shows are fully charged.

• If you arrive late, the session ends at the originally scheduled time.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to termination of services.

 

4. Health & Medical Waiver

By purchasing or attending a session, you affirm that:

• You are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in personal training.

• You have disclosed any health issues or chronic conditions through the PARQ form.

• You have received medical clearance if necessary.

• Imran PT reserves the right to refuse training if you are unfit, or have not submitted a waiver.

• All services are undertaken at your own risk.

You release Imran PT, its representatives, and partners from all liability related to injuries, complications, or health outcomes resulting from participation.

 

5. Waiver & Liability

• Clients agree to complete a PARQ and Liability Waiver before beginning training.

• Imran PT is not responsible for injuries due to non-disclosure of health conditions, failure to follow instructions, or training against medical advice.

• Equipment used is regularly inspected; however, clients must ensure their environment is safe for physical activity.

 

6. Trainer Responsibility & Client Conduct

• Imran PT agrees to provide professional, punctual, and results-driven services.

• Clients agree to:

  • Show up on time

  • Wear appropriate workout gear

  • Follow all trainer guidance

  • Communicate respectfully and honestly

 

7. Refunds & Transfers

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Sessions and packages are non-transferable to other individuals unless agreed in writing.

 

8. Subscription/Package Rules

• All packages operate on a monthly term.

• Sessions are valid for use only during the package month.

• Re-subscription is required to continue after the current package ends.

 

9. Force Majeure

Imran PT is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Illness

• Government restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Equipment failure or location inaccessibility

Sessions will be rescheduled if possible.

11. Modifications to Terms

Imran PT reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.

 

12. Legal Agreement

These terms, combined with the PARQ and Waiver, form the entire legal agreement between you and Imran PT regarding personal training services.

By booking or continuing services, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.
